I made Smitten Kitchen/Martha Stewart’s strawberry cake last weekend and it was wonderful! So perfectly summer, and easy too.
It’s prettier in her round dish, but I didn’t have a “deep” 9 inch pie pan. The cake disappeared so quickly that I think I’d double it in a 9×13″ next time! Mixing up the berries would be fun, too. Yum!
